The staff here were really helpful, the location was amazing being close to the square. the room had plenty of space, and having hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets available was super convenient. 🌟

The location was unbeatable and excellent as it was near restaurants and cafes. Found a place called Fratelli Ansaldi, set near the hotel, ate there a few times. I was given beautiful, cozy room. Its street view and very helpful and wonderfully friendly staff were the key features!

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our Christmas stay. the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring we had a cozy and relaxing time. Plus, the hotel's location couldn't be better! We were just a stone's throw away from the main attractions, like the famous square and royal palace. It was so convenient being able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed having a delicious pizzeria right around the corner, making it easy to grab a bite to eat anytime.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. Some items in the room could have used a bit of maintenance, but nothing that significantly impacted our experience.

This hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short stroll away from the royal palace and the city center. The room was comfortable and the en suite bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with all my transport queries. The shared kitchen area had everything I needed, including a fridge and coffee facilities. the location and amenities provided by this hostel made my stay in the city truly enjoyable.

The lighting in the room was insufficient for reading, which was a minor inconvenience.
